Only those customers can benefit from this offer; who have not loaded a card since 1st of May, 2008.

Customers can check the last time they loaded a card by calling customer services helpline 1236.

Free Balance will be given on all denominations of scratch cards.

The customer will get fee balance equivalent to denomination of the card loaded.

The free balance will be immediately added to customers account when they load a scratch card.

The free balance amount is added to the original balance. Customers can check their total balance by calling 1015 and pressing 2 to listen to their account balance.

Yes! Free balance will be utilized exactly like your original balance. You can use your free balance to make calls on all destinations i.e. local, nationwide, mobile and international calls. You can also utilize your free balance to use the internet.

The free balance can be utilized just like the original balance including line rent deduction. The customers balance is actually doubled and is utilized just like the original balance.

All customers currently in POS state have been automatically restored. They don’t need to get their numbers restored. If they load a card they can also benefit from this promo.The customer can get double balance for as many cards they load while they don’t change their package. For example if a customer is in Kafayat package and loads a card he will get double balance. But after he changes his package from Kafayat to any other package he will not get double balance on loading a card.
