Today I search a lot on google about touch screen problems with nokia 5800 xpress music? But unfortunatly founf no information. I had expereinced this problem with my Nokia 5800 after switching to a new them called Vista Theme by dedushka91 .

When I initially switch to this them nothing wrong happened and I was able to use my phone normally but once I switch of my phone with Vista Them and the switch on my phone I was shocked when my Nokia 500 touch screen was not responding.  (I am publishing this post exculisively at mobizong)

How I Solved the Touch Screen Problem with Nokia 5800

Ok  now Should I Restore to Factory Settings ? But how I can not access my touch screen any more there is now alternate keypad with Nokia 5800, So no Nokia Code to restore my phone can be used.

1.  Now I connected my Phone with the PC in Mass Storage Mode,

2. Once mt laptop recognized my mobile phone a new drive was there under ‘My Computer’.

3.  Now I browsed through each of the folders in this directory to find the theme” I WOULD LIKE TO DELETE MY NOKIA 5800 THEMe Vista”

4. I was unable to locate any theme as there was no theme folder

5. Ultimatly after spending more than 20 minutes i located the themes in a private folder (hidden)

6. I deleted the themes which I had recently installed.

7. Switched Off the phone

8. Disconnected from PC

9. Switch on

10. Here we Go my Toch Screen Was back In action, Thanks God

You may see some MBM/MIF/SKN files named simply in one of the sub folder under Private Folder.

Simply open the SKN file in Notepad and you will see the actual theme name in the first few lines of text.
