Google has already proved itself as a big service provider for image searches. However now google has jumped into a new field to archive all the legendary past  photos 10 million approximatly in numbers. These photos were dusting uselessly in form of negatives, slides, glass plates, etchings, and prints. Google have started scanning these pictures and preserving them in digital form in a very remarkable way for the future generation.
