Some of my web friends have asked this how we can stop receiving emails from AdSense. Well to answer this we should know that there are some mandatory service announcements that relate to our agreement with Google adsense.  So we can not stop receiving these announcements. However we can control all other emails broadcasting from the adsense by the following steps.

1. Log in to your google adsense account.
2. Visit the My Account tab.
3. You can see Edit link under the Language and Contact Preferences , click the edit link.
4. Uncheck the boxes under Email Preference.
5. Click Save Changes

This all you have done it.
