Now from July 21 till August 30, 2009 anyone who will buy a Ufone sim and will use sim balance other than Rs. 100 already available in the sim will get free minutes and sms between ufone to ufone.  Ufone is making this incentive to the new sims only which indicate that they are still looking for the number game to increase their total subscription based. Anyhow this seems to be a good package for the new comers to the Ufone.
