Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) is planing to organizing a seminar on consumer protection in major Pakistani cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad. As per initial reports the first meeting will be held in Marriott Karachi on August 7, 2009. This meeting will be followed by a series of meetings in other major cities. PTA is already doing great job for the customer awareness regarding the telecoms sector and call rates awareness.
